The Campus at Legacy has been hidden from view behind heavy security and off the market since it’s initial development under EDS’s ownership. KDC acquired the property in September, 2005 and will begin the re-development in February, 2006. The first phase will remove the security barriers and establish an attractive and inviting new main entrance to the property along with other significant enhancements to the exterior common areas of the 107 acre site. The oversized nature of the site allows for incredible flexibility to customize the site to meet a major tenant’s specific needs for additional parking, office or special purpose space. Future phases will be primarily driven by the needs of a major tenant(s) as discussed in the following section.
At 1.2 Million Square Feet, it is the largest block in the DFW Region and the only true Campus option, situated in a prime corporate campus location. The project contains three, +/- 400,000 Square Foot, low-rise buildings situated on a large, flexible 107 acre site with mature landscaping, walking trails and a lake.
